We have been moved by the organisers of The Secret Garden Party 2007 to the 'ArtMusicPolitic Co-op Stage', which sounds like it should suit us perfectly. Hurrah! As a result our performance has been switched to Friday 27th July (from Saturday 28th July). Make sure you change the date in your dairies - and your diaries for that matter. Note to self: remember to cancel the milkman.

5th July 2007
We're pleased to reveal that we have been invited by Glasswerk Promotions to support Mark Morriss, of indie legends The Bluetones, at Turnmills, London, on Wednesday 22nd August. Watch this space for important information about advanced tickets and palm reading.

27th June 2007
We've unfortunately had to withdraw from the UK Unsigned 'Showcase 2007' on Saturday 30th June following a polar bear pile-up on the road to the Dome in Tufnell Park. All of you who've already bought a ticket will be given a full refund, payable in 1 and 2 pence pieces. This follows our recent 5 years sponsorship deal with Welsh Copper Ltd.

But fear not, for we will be back in action on Friday 6th July at The Good Ship in Kilburn (currently one of London's hottest venues) where we will be joined on stage by superstar Billie Piper and The London Festival Orchestra. We're also planning a live uplink with the International Space Station from which US Astronaut Chip Montgomery will hopefully be singing the chorus to 'Colonel Custard's Creamy Windows'. It's our bit to help bring about world peace...Several other dates/festivals have now been confirmed for the summer. See our 'Live' section for more details. In the meantime we continue to work on the album.

15th May 2007
We will be performing a live session and interview on London's Resonance FM at 4:30pm on Friday 18th May. So make sure you tune in as our plot to destroy the Earth and relocate to a Mormon commune on the moon is broadcast to the masses.

10th May 2007

HOT NEWS...we'll be supporting Alabama 3 at Brixton Jamm on Friday 18th May. With tracks such as their cracking US television show 'Sopranos' theme song 'Woke Up This Morning' they have consistently been one of the most charismatic and original bands around. What's more, they always gvuarantee a superb live show, so we are especially excited to be support for what promises to be an unforgettable night.

You'll be able to buy the tickets direct from us for a bargain £6 at our gig on Thursday 26th April. Failing that, if you happen to see one of us about, chase us down the street screaming at us to stop immediately and do you some commerce...

18th April 2007
After the huge success of our first 'HM-P Presents...' earlier this year, we've been asked to do another - this time on Thursday 26th April at The Cross Kings, a great new venue just 5 minutes walk from Kings Cross station.

After careful consultation with the 'Home Office' and the 'House Of Lord's Select Committe on Annual Penguin Allowances' we are delighted to announce the following awesome line-up: Stress, Zoltan Kodaly School For Girls, Want Take Have, the legendary Don Tempi (as compere) and, of course, HM-P. That's 5 bands for just £5 and zero pence.

See our 'live' section and myspace blog 'HM-P Presents' for details.

20th March 2007
According to a 2003 survey conducted by the Darlington Evening Post, the most gorgeous part of the human body is the 'elbow' - second only to the ankle. Research also tells us that people who play the 'fiddle' are ten times more likely to receive chocolate flavour lingerie for Easter than those that don't.

Sooo imagine our excitment when asked by the magnificent 'Ice Cold In Alex' to perform with them on Thursday 5th April at the 'Fiddler's Elbow' in Kentish Town.

See our 'live' section for details.
